Homemade Pizza and Root Beer Floats.....these are a few of our favorite things!

The Kitchenettes baked the most delicious pizza pies! We had 8 girls divided into 4 groups of 2: Team Whisk~Team Mixer~Team Spatula~Team Wooden Spoon. Each team made a pizza for another group - they learned to serve and make something magnificent all at the same time! The girls chopped and sauteed fresh veggies, rolled out dough and created little masterpieces topped with pepperoni, golden onions, mushrooms and green peppers. As the pizza baked the table was set with glass snack plates, cloth napkins, grapevine rings and candles! The rootbeer floats were a big hit - all in "special cups" and colorful straws. There is nothing more glorious than sitting down and breaking bread together - sharing our hearts in a cozy atmosphere and loving one another. It truly was a wonderful evening of hospitable pursuits!
