Hot Artichoke Dip


This is one of my go-to appetizers.
Perfect for any occasion, celebration or covered dish event!
You will love the creamy sauce, tangy artichokes
and lovely hint of garlic. Yum!

Hot Artichoke Dip
2 cans Artichokes (drain & chop)
1 c Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 c Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1 c Mayo
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
Mix ingredients together and place in a casserole dish.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with baguette slices or crackers.

  1. I make this dip, but I also add spinach. It is then Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip. It is divine!

    I love the spinach one too - I add some cream cheese to that and sometimes do the creamed spinach. I love this dip.
