Summer Fruit Pizza
~*~
Sugar Cookie Crust
Bake sugar cookie crust in a large round shape on
a pizza stone or baking sheet until golden brown.
You may use store-bought cookie dough or homemade.
I fashion the dough into a log and cut off round slice.
Place the round slices together in a circle pattern and then
blend together using a rolling pin or your fingers until you
have a gigantic round sugar cookie crust.
***
Sweet Cream Layer
Mix together until smooth:
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Vanilla
On a cooled cookie crust spread the sweet cream
cheese within an inch to the end of the crust.
***
Assorted Fruits
Strawberries-Blueberries-Kiwis-Mandarin Oranges
You may use any combination of fruit that you love!
Arrange all your sliced fruits and berries
beautifully on top of cream layer.
***
Brush fruit with apricot jam that has been heated on the
stove top until melted.  This makes the fruit look like
glossy gems!  It also adds a delicious finished flavor.

  16. I bеlіeve eveгything posted was verу
гeasonable. But, what about this? suppoѕe you wrote a сatchieг title?
I mean, I dοn't want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added a headline that grabbed folk's attention?
I mean "Summer Fruit Pizza" is kinda bоring.
Υou could glance аt Yаhoo's home page and watch how they write news titles to get viewers to click. You might add a related video or a picture or two to grab readers interested about everything've writtеn.
In my оpinion, it could make yοur posts a little bit morе іnterеѕting.
