Tea With Lemon

My bloggy friends loved this tea set from last week's tea party.
I thought I would post some close ups!

I have a beautiful teacup that accompanies the set!

I love the delicate way the fruit and flowers sweep across the china.

Can you believe this gorgeous set came from Cracker Barrel?
I have purchased many treasures from that glorious place to dine and shop!

Today I will having tea with lemon!
I am a lover of all things lemon and this cake is simply delicious!
Thank you for sharing tea with me ~ I hope you enjoy the treat!

Lemon Glazed Party Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c oil
1/2 c water
1/2 c frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
***
Mix all ingredients until blended well.
Pour into a buttered round bundt or loaf pan
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until pick comes out clean.
Remove cake from oven - poke holes all over the top of the cake.
Drizzle glaze on hot cake.
Once cake is completely cooled - drizzle on additional glaze.
~*~
Lemon Glaze
1 c powdered sugar
frozen lemonade concentrate (remaining)
Add lemonade to sugar 1 T at a time.
Mix with small whisk until the consistency of glaze.

Option:
Mix 2-3 T dry cake mix with one cup of fresh blueberries -
then fold into cake batter for a delicious lemon-blueberry treat!
